Notes about our Grass Fed Beef:

  • All of our Grass Fed Beef will be processed between 18-30 months of age (unless indicated otherwise)
  • Cost is based on hanging weight, at $8/lb (plus processing fees that you will pay directly to the processor at pickup)
  • Our cattle average about 400 lbs hanging weight (approx 200lbs per half)
  • A Nonrefundable Deposit is required to reserve your beef ($1000/whole, $500/half)
    • Your deposit will be deducted from the final balance on hanging weight at pickup
